2023IT Systems Upgrade
Malta, 27 June 2022: IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd would like to inform its customers that it will be carrying out a scheduled upgrade to its core banking system on Friday 1st July 2022 starting from 13:00 (GMT+1). Kindly be informed that on this day we shall only accept instructions for same day processing of payments till 11:00a.m. (GMT+1). The upgrade of the core banking system is necessary to continue to ensure the high performance of our systems according to the demands and the requirements of our customers.
Furthermore and due to this upgrade, the Internet Banking will not be available from 1st July 2022 till the 3rd July 2022.
IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd thanks its customers for their understanding and we apologise in advance for this interruption of services and for any inconvenience that this exercise may cause.
We will inform you immediately should there be any changes to the above.
