Malta, 22 February 2021: Further to the Bank's previous communications and the various announcements by the Health Authorities including the roll out of the vaccine, please be informed that the Bank is continuing to safeguard our employees and ensure an uninterrupted service to all of our customers.
Whilst we still encourage people to communicate with us by phone or by email, please be informed that our Qui-Si-Sana Branch is open for the public and our staff is available to conduct physical meetings with our customers and prospective ones.
As per the Health Authority's directive kindly note the following health measures being undertaken whilst visiting our Branch Office:
- Our staff will take your body temperature upon entering the premises and you will be allowed in the office if the reading is less than 37.2 degrees.
- Visitors to the Branch are required to wear a face visor or a face mask.
- Visitors wearing face masks will be required to remove them temporarily within the premises of the Branch for security and identification purposes. After identification the mask must be worn again.
- You will be required to sanitize your hands when entering the Bank which is being provided at the entrance of the premises.
- The Bank will allow 4 customers at a time inside the office.
