Malta, 04 June 2020: Further to the Bank's previous communications and the further easing of restrictions by the Health Authorities, please be informed that the Bank is increasing its number of staff at our offices and branch. This is to adopt a gradual return back to normality but at the same time to safeguard our employees and ensure an uninterrupted service to all of our customers.
Whilst we still encourage people to communicate with us by phone or by email, please be informed that our Qui-Si-Sana Branch is opening for the public from Monday 8th June 2020 and our staff is available to conduct physical meetings with our customers and prospective ones.
As per the Health Authority's directive kindly note the following health measures being undertaken whilst visiting our Branch Office:
- Our staff will take your body temperature upon entering the premises and you will be allowed in the office if the reading is less than 37.2 degrees.
- Visitors to the Branch are required to wear a face visor or a face mask.
- Visitors wearing face masks will be required to remove them temporarily within the premises of the Branch for security and identification purposes. After identification the mask must be worn again.
- You will be required to sanitize your hands when entering the Bank which is being provided at the entrance of the premises.
- The Bank will allow 4 customers at a time inside the office.
