Malta, 30 March 2020: Further to the Bank's previous communications, please be informed that we are now working with a minimum number of staff at our offices, whilst the majority are working remotely from home. This is to safeguard our employees and to ensure an interrupted service to all our customers.
As a further precaution and preventive measure, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the bank has decided that for the time being and until further notice, all documentation which was usually sent by normal mail, will now be forwarded via email.

For the benefit of those customers who do not have instant access to a printer, Transaction Advices, Interest Advices and Term Deposit Certificates, will still be sent by normal mail in their original format at a later stage.
