HR21CLO - Corporate Lending Office - Head office
IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd, established in 2010, is a licensed banking institution regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority. The bank's principal activity is international trade finance and trade services.
The Bank is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Lending Office to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyse requests proposed by the existing customers and with the Relationship Officer consent, prepare transaction applications for approval;
- Follow up receipt and perfection of all security documentation and any other documents as required by the facility;
- Perfect the conditions precedent to draw-down as detailed in the facility and/or transaction approval;
- Process loan draw-downs and effect all necessary account entries / movements in IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd systems as applicable;
- Ensure proper monitoring and control throughout the lifetime of the approved transaction;
- Maintain a proper audit trail of all facility movements throughout the lifetime of the operation, and maintain appropriate filing.
